You can use the app to view 3D structures of small molecules such as nucleic acids and proteins in the cell. It supports the most common representations such as the ribbon, the molecular surface, the ball, the stick, and the sphere. It also supports the symmetry operations of the biological assembly, which allows you to view the crystal structure of the protein in the cell. You can search and download the structures from the RCSB PDB and NCBI PubChem.

How to Use:

You can rotate the molecules with your fingers, and zoom in and out in the app.
